We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months) for eligible products. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.

A flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies and will be deducted from the final amount credited to you.

The following orders qualify for a return 

  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Items must show no signs of wear, scratch or damage
  • Items must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

All below items cannot be returned:

  • All items marked final sale
  • All earrings
  • Gift cards

If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We understand that after receiving your item you may want to exchange a product. Please e-mail support@anjajewellery.com within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the goods to initiate your exchange.

You will be required to pay a flat shipping rate of $9.95. Please note this fee is non-refundable. Please return your pieces in their original packaging with the packing slip printed which will be shared once your exchange has been approved. Once completed, you will receive email confirmation of the items you have exchanged for and will be sent out. This will be presented as a new order to our dispatch team and will follow our regular processing times. 

Store Credit 
We understand that after receiving your item you may have a change of mind. Currently at this point in time we are able to offer store credit on all pieces excluding final sale items and earrings for hygienic reasons. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, if you have any questions regarding this please e-mail support@anjajewellery.com.

Once you have initiated your request for store credit, the flat shipping rate of $9.95 will be absorbed in the total store credit amount you will receive. Please note this fee is non-refundable. Please return your pieces in their original packaging with the packing slip we will share with you via e-mail. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation of your store credit which will be valid for twelve (12) months.
